Micah Rutledge has been a valued member of Birmingham Emergency Dental since the office first opened. As an our dedicated lead dental assistant, Micah brings both skill and compassion to his role, helping to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visits.
Micah's journey into the dental field is unique; he originally decided to become a dental assistant due to his own fear of the dentist, hoping to better understand the field and help others overcome similar anxieties. This personal connection to patient care has made Micah especially empathetic, allowing him to build trusting relationships with patients and contribute to positive, reassuring environment.
While excelling in his role as a dental assistant, Micah is also pursuing a degree in computer science. His diverse interests reflect a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. Micah’s ability to balance his academic pursuits with his professional responsibilities showcases his strong work ethic and dedication to making a positive impact on those he serves.
Javier Alcaraz
Javi Alcaraz has been a dedicated member of Birmingham Emergency Dental since the practice opened, progressively taking on the role of office manager alongside Dr. Brennan Hansen.
His journey in the dental field has been marked by a deep commitment to patient care and operational excellence.Currently pursuing an associate's degree in biology, Javi's academic endeavors are supported by a scholarship awarded for his exceptional singing talent. His ambition is to apply to dental school with the ultimate goal of becoming an orthodontist.
Javi's passion for dentistry is rooted in his desire to make a lasting, positive impact on people's lives through their smiles. He has seen firsthand how a healthy smile can transform a person's confidence and overall well-being, and this drives his dedication to both his professional development and his education.
